What days do you deliver?

Please call us if you would like to arrange a delivery on a specific day and we will see what we can do.


Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all businesses and hospitals within our delivery zones and to your doorstep as well. If your location is not listed below please contact us and we may be able to make arrangements.

Do you deliver to addresses outside of the suburbs listed?

We may be able to deliver our flowers to addresses not listed in the suburbs above for an additional fee. Please give contact us to find out more.


How can I make my roses last longer?

You can keep your flowers fresh and make them last longer by taking your roses out of the wrapping, trimming a little off each stem. Fill a vase with cool water and add the sachet of Chrysal flower food we have stapled to your wrapping. Finally remove all the leaves that will sit under the water line and arrange your flowers in the vase.


What happens if the recipient isn't home when the delivery arrives?

We always try and leave flowers in the shade in a sheltered, safe place. If we need to leave your flowers, they will be placed inside water to keep them hydrated. If you need them left somewhere special, just give us some clear instructions in the delivery notes when placing your order.


Can I send a customised card with my delivery?

Of course! You will be prompted to add a message upon checkout. Don't forget to include who's it's from, unless you want to send it anonymously.


Can I order a custom bunch?

You sure can! Please contact us to discuss your order.


What do I do if my flowers do not arrive?

Please contact us and we'll investigate straight away.


Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately specific delivery times are not guaranteed but we will endeavour to work with you to deliver between specified times. We can however send you an SMS to notify you when delivery has been made. Just tick the SMS notification box in the checkout process.


Can I pick up my flowers?

Yes! You are most welcome to pick up flowers from Benefield’s Rose Farm at Halfway Creek. Please select pick-up option at checkout and bring confirmation of your order with you on pick up.
